Which carriers do you use? 

We utilize UPS ground predominantly, but offer shipping from USPS and DHL. Certain special orders may be dropped off if the customer is in a certain radius, for example, fully built bicycles.  

How long will my order take to ship and deliver? 

We send out packages monday through friday at 4pm PST. Most items will take anywhere between 2-10 business days depending on your location within the U.S. Places like Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can take up to an additional 5-7 days. We do not offer overnight or rush shipping on our website currently. If you do need an item in 24-48 hours you can call us to arrange a special delivery for an additional cost. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship outside the U.S. where permitted. For International orders we utilize DHL. Shipping and delivery times vary by country, but a tracking number is provided we those details. 

How much does shipping cost? 

The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the item ordered as well as the location you are ordering from. We do not offer free or flat rate shipping. We ship from California.
